What information about you do we collect?

We only collect or use information to provide services to, and maintain contractual agreements with clients, prospective clients and business partners. This'll typically include:

• Names and contact details
• Account or collaboration history
• Records of meetings
• Aggregated data on website user journeys – check out our cookie notice for more info

We only collect information that you volunteer when you browse this website and get in touch with us, and additional information that we need for the purposes mentioned above when you become a client or a business partner.

How long do we keep this information?

• Names and contact details: for the duration of our commercial agreement and as long as legally required in the UK afterwards 
• Account or collaboration history: for the duration of our commercial agreement and as long as legally required in the UK afterwards 
• Records of meetings: for the duration of our commercial agreement 
• Aggregated data on website user journeys: for 12 months

Who do we share information with?

No-one who’s not involved in providing services to our clients, except for our data processors (see list below).

Microsoft Cloud Services

Purpose: They store client and prospect emails and working documents. 

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. 

Do you know your data protection rights?

Under data protection law, these include:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete
• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain circumstances
• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances
• Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances
• Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances
• Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent
• You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights
