Working with your team, internal clients and relevant suppliers, I will:

• Map and document your processes (or in jargon-y terms, I'll tease out and write your SOPs)
• Create standard briefs for your recurring requests

If some of your operations are still too labour-intensive, I'll work with you to:

• Create automated workflows (NB: I may need to work with your IT or a solutions provider depending on the complexity of your set-up)
• Roll out automation tools — that's one of my specialties

Whether up-skilling your people, outsourcing, or a mix of both is the way to go, I can help you: 

• Train your teams to maximise their mastery of best practice, and ultimately their efficiency
• Onboard a new supplier
• Reset your broader service model (eg secure an agile roster of best-of-breed agencies)
