I always start with a discovery phase. I'll need access to all your relevant systems and docs, and quality time with your people and suppliers key to the project.
I'll steam ahead with the delivery, keeping you in the loop via weekly catch-ups and refining the approach as we go if needed. I'll work remotely but can also come to your London office — it's up to you.
